이 약관은 사주치즈(이하 "서비스")가 제공하는 사주 풀이 서비스의 이용 조건과 절차, 이용자와 운영자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.
서비스는 이용자가 입력한 생년월일시와 출생지를 바탕으로 사주 명식(사주팔자)을 계산하고, 그 결과를 해설하는 콘텐츠를 제공합니다. 무료로 제공되는 기본 풀이와, 결제 후 제공되는 전체 리포트(인공지능이 작성하는 맞춤 풀이 포함)로 구성됩니다.
① 서비스의 풀이는 전통 명리학에 기반한 재미와 자기 이해를 위한 참고 자료이며, 미래를 확정하거나 보장하지 않습니다.
② 풀이는 의료, 법률, 재무, 투자, 심리 치료 등 전문적인 조언을 대체하지 않습니다. 중요한 결정은 이용자 본인의 판단과 책임으로 하며, 필요한 경우 전문가와 상담하시기 바랍니다.
③ 일부 콘텐츠는 인공지능이 작성하므로 표현이 부정확하거나 이용자의 상황과 맞지 않을 수 있습니다.
전체 리포트는 사주 1건당 1회 결제(원화 990원 또는 미화 1달러, 결제 화면에 표시된 금액)로 제공되며, 구독이나 자동 결제는 없습니다. 결제는 결제대행사(토스페이먼츠 등)를 통해 이루어지며, 서비스는 카드번호 등 결제 정보를 직접 저장하지 않습니다.
전체 리포트는 결제 완료 직후 생성되어 제공되는 디지털 콘텐츠입니다. 하나의 결제는 결제 시 선택한 하나의 사주(생년월일시·출생지 기준)에 대해서만 유효하며, 다른 사주에는 사용할 수 없습니다. 생성된 풀이는 개인적인 이용 범위에서 저장·공유할 수 있습니다.
청약철회와 환불은 별도의 환불정책에 따릅니다.
이용자는 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 서비스를 비정상적인 방법(자동화된 대량 요청, 결제 우회 등)으로 이용해서는 안 되며, 위반 시 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다. 고민 입력란에 이름, 연락처 등 민감한 개인정보를 적지 않도록 권장합니다.
서비스의 디자인, 캐릭터, 문구, 소프트웨어에 대한 권리는 운영자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 이를 무단으로 복제·배포·상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
운영자는 서비스 개선, 점검, 불가항력 등의 사유로 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중대한 변경은 사이트에 공지합니다.
운영자는 천재지변, 통신 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 장애와, 이용자가 풀이를 근거로 내린 결정의 결과에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 관련 법령에 따라 책임을 집니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따르며, 분쟁이 발생하면 관련 법령이 정한 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

These terms govern your use of the Saju reading service provided by Saju Cheese (the "Service").
The Service calculates your Saju chart (Four Pillars) from your birth date, time and place and provides an interpretation. It consists of a free basic reading and a paid full reading, which includes a personalized text written by artificial intelligence.
(a) Readings are based on a traditional system and are provided for entertainment and self-reflection. They do not predict or guarantee any outcome.
(b) Readings are not medical, legal, financial, investment or therapeutic advice. You are responsible for your own decisions; consult a professional where appropriate.
(c) AI-written content may be inaccurate or may not fit your situation.
The full reading is a one-time purchase per birth chart (₩990 or US$1, as shown at checkout). There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Payments are processed by payment providers such as Toss Payments; we do not store your card details.
The full reading is digital content generated and delivered right after payment. One payment is valid only for the one birth chart (date, time and place) selected at purchase and cannot be used for another chart. You may save and share your reading for personal use.

Do not misuse the Service (for example, automated bulk requests or bypassing payment) or use another person's information without permission. Please do not enter names, contact details or other sensitive personal information in the concern field.
The design, characters, copy and software of the Service belong to the operator. You may not copy, distribute or exploit them commercially without permission.
We may modify or suspend the Service for improvement, maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
We are not liable for service failures caused by force majeure, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Liability for our intent or gross negligence remains as provided by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
