결제 후 7일 이내에 아래 고객센터 이메일로 결제 일시, 결제 수단, 주문번호(결제 영수증 기준)와 사유를 알려 주세요. 확인 후 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 처리 결과를 안내합니다.
환불은 원래의 결제 수단으로 진행되며, 카드사·결제대행사의 처리 일정에 따라 실제 환불까지 영업일 기준 수 일이 걸릴 수 있습니다.
정상적으로 풀이가 제공되었고 이용자의 단순 변심(결과가 기대와 다름 등)인 경우, 풀이의 내용이 개인적인 기대와 다르다는 이유만으로는 환불이 제한됩니다.

We will fully refund on request if:
(a) you paid but the reading was not delivered because of a system error;
(b) you were charged twice for the same birth chart;
(c) you were charged an amount different from the price shown;
(d) the reading was delivered but has a serious error that makes it unusable.
Within 7 days of payment, email us at the support address below with the payment time, payment method, order number (from your receipt) and the reason. We will reply within 3 business days.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or payment provider, it may take several business days to appear.
If the reading was delivered normally, a refund is not available only because the content differed from your expectations.
